Training should enhance your daily life in many ways. In order to allow this to happen, it is important that you are able to identify your needs and why those are your needs in the first place. What does your lifestyle look like? Which exercises will improve those day-to day activities? How are your energy levels throughout the day? These are some of the questions that we will seek to answer when designing your individualized training program.

As a multi-sport athlete growing up, I have always loved the experience of moving and working out. Once I aged out of playing sports and started training for personal fitness, I noticed that I wasn't making the progress that I thought I should be. I wanted to understand what I was missing so I decided to learn as much about fitness as I could and I chose to become a personal trainer in order to help as many people avoid the same mistakes that I was making.
Over the course of my career I have experimented with many different modalities of training, become certified in Fitness Nutrition, learned from some of the top experts in the industry, and studied the psychology of behavior change. This experience has given me the unique combination of skills to help empower you to be successful in your own fitness journey.
With JT Fitness Systems, I’ve been helping clients in Southern California and New York City change the way they look and feel since 2014. I've worked with a variety of people, which has helped me learn the most common (and some uncommon) roadblocks that people run into along the way. My job is to consider all of these factors and administer a program for you, so that you can cut out the noise and Just Train.
